•  Dear Parents,

I hope you and your family are safe and healthy!  I'm looking forward to seeing you and your children as soon as possible, but while we're at home, I'd like to offer opportunities for your son or daughter to continue reading and learning!

Each of the grade levels has a tab; you'll find activities and notes within those files.

During the first two weeks of our closure, my activities were on Seesaw.com.  You’ll find my read-alouds, Kahoot codes, and more. These directions are in the tabs, and these first activities remain only on the Seesaw pages.

    I’m a Student.

Code = These are different depending on your class, but these will work for any class:

    4 yr / K = MXSM HOMG KXKI

    Gr 1 – Gr 3 = LGSK ERZV PKRR

    Gr 4 – Gr 6 = SNVG IPWV JSPJ

Make sure “Activities” is highlighted in the colored box on the right.

After the first two weeks, I put library activities on Dojo, and these resources and notes are found within the tabs.

Thank you for visiting my webpage and exploring the activities!  Please stay safe!

    Mrs. Y

You should have received a Dojo note from me at the beginning of the closure.  If you did, that note may have contained different codes, but these codes are valid for any student.

    Meet the Librarian

    Hello!

My name is Laura Yazemboski and I’m honored to be your elementary librarian!  I am originally from Delaware, where I taught Chemistry for six years.  After I married and moved to Pennsylvania, I worked part-time at a public library while raising our 2 young sons, who are now in middle and high school in Berks County.  I became your Minersville Elementary and Llewellyn librarian during the 2009 school year.  I am also the Gifted teacher at both schools.  I love working with our students, and look forward to a great year full of reading fantastic books and learning every day!

I’m looking forward to the best year yet!

    Mrs. Yazemboski
