Skim the table of contents (front of the book) to get an overview of the topics covered. Chapter titles should give an indication of the information in each chapter.
Use the INDEX at the back of the book to search for the location (page numbers) of specific information in the book.
Remember to give credit for your information sources. Paraphrase (convert the information to your own words without changing the meaning) or use quotation marks at the beginning and end of word-for-word quotes from a source.
