• Hello Parent's,

None of us expected to be in this situation of being away from school for this extended amount of time. I understand that helping students with school assignments is challanging especially so when your child may be one with a disability or behavior or both. I understand your frustration and I'm here to help. It's always challanging to switch learning from the school to home environment. I've attached some information from Sasha, "The Autism Helper" below. She is a previous special education teacher and current BCBA. She travels the United States giving trainings to teachers and parents who work with students with special needs. I find her resources to be wealth of knowledge. I feel she is truly amazing. I hope the below information helps you with this new endeavor of helping your learner from home. If you are struggling please reach out to me. I want my learners to be just as successful when learning from home as they are when they are learning in the physical school building.
